Customers hold balances in every currency you offer and see their cards beside them. Cards are issued virtual or physical against the same ledger and the same customer record, and can be frozen, unfrozen and limited from the app.
Euro payments clear through a direct CENTROlink integration — SEPA Credit Transfer, SEPA Instant and Direct Debit, at scheme cost and around the clock. Customers can also pay by phone number or QR code, and request payment from one another.
Registration and verification happen inside the app: documents captured and read, identity confirmed, liveness checked. Most accounts open in minutes, with a human escalation path for the cases that need one.
Every component described here is running in production today inside licensed financial institutions whose platform we build and operate.
