Automating the extraordinary

We build and operate AI-powered, white-label fintech infrastructure for regulated institutions — uniting accounts, cards, payments and compliance under your brand to deliver a premium customer experience.

The problems that stop financial products from launching.

Every one of these we hit ourselves, building and running licensed products at volume. What we sell is the solution we already had to build.

The licence

“We have the licence. We don’t have the platform underneath it.”

Authorisation was the long part, and you cleared it. What follows is the two-year build — a ledger, banking rails, card issuing, compliance systems, mobile apps — and it is where most of the cost and all of the delay now sits.

Client

Everything below your licence already exists and is running in production. You bring the authorisation and the brand; we build, operate and keep running the layers beneath — and none of them carry our name.

Built on

Double-entry core ledger · dedicated and pooled IBANs · direct CENTROlink integration · card issuing · compliance systems · iOS, Android and web portal

Card fees

“Card fees are eating our margin, and chargebacks are eating the rest.”

Two to three percent per transaction, plus chargeback exposure, plus the cost and audit burden of storing card data. On thin margins or high order values, the payment rail is one of the largest line items you have.

Client

Move the money bank-to-bank instead. Pay-by-bank clears in seconds at a fraction of card cost, can’t be charged back, and stores no card data — which shrinks your PCI scope rather than growing it.

Built on

Open Banking payment initiation · pay-by-bank checkout, hosted or embedded · instant payment notification · A2A payouts and refunds · PSD2 compliance

Finomatica
New markets

“We’re losing checkouts in markets we don’t understand.”

A shopper in Brazil expects PIX. In Germany they expect their own bank. Show them a card form instead and they leave — and you read it as weak demand rather than a payment problem.

Client

One integration that presents whatever people in that market actually use, and routes each transaction down the path most likely to succeed.

Built on

Local payment methods across 30+ markets · payment orchestration · intelligent routing · multi-bank aggregation · hosted and embedded checkout

Finomatica
Compliance

“Our compliance is manual, and every audit is a scramble.”

AML alerts tracked in spreadsheets. Monitoring bolted on after launch. Sanctions checked at onboarding and never again. Every regulatory change becomes its own project, and the audit trail is assembled retroactively.

Client

Monitoring, screening and risk rating run inside the ledger rather than alongside it — so the audit trail is a by-product of how the system works, not something reconstructed afterwards. We build the systems and run them day to day. The regulatory responsibility stays where the licence is: with you.

Built on

Real-time AML transaction monitoring with case management · ongoing sanctions and PEP screening · continuous risk scoring · immutable audit trail · regulatory reporting outputs · ISO 27001 · PCI-DSS Level 1

Six vendors

“We’re stitching together six vendors, and nothing reconciles.”

A PSP, an issuer, a KYC provider, a monitoring tool, a ledger you built yourself. Six contracts, six integrations, six roadmaps you don’t control — and a month-end close done by hand because no two systems agree.

Client

One core, one ledger, one reconciliation. Accounts, cards, payments, verification and monitoring are modules of the same system, so they agree by construction instead of by spreadsheet.

Built on

Multi-tenant core · double-entry ledger as single source of truth · automatic reconciliation of transactions, settlements and fees · eleven modules on one release cycle

The architecture

You own the business, we run the infrastructure.

We build and operate the systems behind your financial product, from the interface to the payment rails.

Above the line — yours
  • Your licence
  • Your brand
  • Your customers
  • Your pricing

Everything below the line is ours to build, run and keep running — and invisible to your customers.

01Interface

Native iOS and Android and a web portal, already built and carrying your brand, your domain and your own store listings. Most providers stop at the API; the apps are usually the largest line item in a launch.

02Product

Accounts, cards, FX, savings, invoicing and payroll as modules of one system, with a pricing engine per tenant. Spend controls and 3-D Secure sit on the same customer record as everything else.

03Compliance systems

KYC, KYB, monitoring and screening run inside the ledger rather than beside it, so the audit trail is a by-product of how the system works. We run the systems day to day; the regulatory responsibility stays with your licence.

04Ledger

One double-entry core holding every balance across fiat and digital assets. Every payment, authorisation and fee is a balanced posting, which is why reconciliation is automatic instead of a month-end exercise.

05Rails

Direct CENTROlink integration under your institution’s own membership — euro at scheme cost, around the clock, with nobody in the middle able to reprice you. SWIFT, local schemes across 30+ markets and A2A beyond it.

Every layer is running in production today, inside licensed institutions whose platform we build and operate.

What is in each layer
How you’d actually use it

Three ways in.

Most conversations start in one of these shapes. They are not packages — the platform underneath is the same one — but they are different first conversations.

Launch

You’re launching a financial product

Add

You already have a product and need payments

Replace

You’re running on vendors that no longer fit

The automation layer

Where automation actually changes your numbers.

Fraud detection

Caught in flight, not written off at month end

Real-time scoring runs on the transaction stream rather than on a report afterwards, so a payment that does not fit the customer is held while it is still a payment — before it is money that has left.

Intelligent routing

Lower cost per transaction, higher authorisation rates

Each payment goes over the provider that suits its corridor, its currency and its cost. The decision is made per payment against what is open at that hour, not fixed once per rail and left.

Automated KYC / KYB

Onboarding in minutes — and fewer abandoned signups

Document capture, extraction and liveness for a person; corporate structure resolution and UBO identification for a company. Screening runs inside the same pipeline rather than after it.

Risk scoring

Fewer false positives reaching your compliance team

Continuous customer risk rating, so an alert arrives with a score already against it. What reaches a person is what needs a person, which is the only way a small team can carry a large book.

Reconciliation

No manual month-end close

Ledger-level matching of transactions, settlements and fees. Both sides are built from the same postings, so agreement is a property of the system rather than a task somebody performs at the end of it.

What it costs you over time

Your infrastructure cost stops growing with you.

Time

Your next product isn’t another rebuild

The second and third launch on rails that already exist. You pay the build cost once.

Cost

You share infrastructure you’d otherwise fund alone

Engineering, security and certification are carried across every product on the platform, not billed to yours.

Risk

You inherit a posture instead of building one

One security and compliance baseline, already certified and already audited, with your data isolated inside it.

Change

Scheme and rail change isn’t your project

A scheme changes, we implement it once, and it reaches your product with everyone else’s.
