Fintech Engineering Manager
Lead a cross-functional engineering team delivering core fintech products — payment processing, open banking integrations and regulatory compliance systems. You will set technical direction while growing and mentoring a team of eight to twelve engineers.

What you would do
- Hire, mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team
- Drive architectural decisions for scalable, secure financial systems
- Work closely with Product, Design and Compliance
- Set engineering practice, code quality standards and incident response
What you would bring
- Five years or more in software engineering, at least two of them managing
- Fintech or payments products you have built and shipped
- Java, microservices and distributed systems
- Regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services
- The communication to carry all of that with stakeholders
